				Saturday December 19, 2009

				After missing the
last few race meetings due to work commitments, Nathan is ready
and raring to go to get back in the driver seat.  Nathan
has only had one opportunity to race his new car so far, but
will be making up for it over the Christmas/New Year break with
the team heading to Lismore Speedway on the 26th December,
followed by Maryborough Speedway on the 1st and 2nd January for
round 2 of the Fraser Coast Series.  Already there are over
40 cars nominated for Maryborough which will make the
				competition fierce.

				Nathan has been
spending his time making up spare parts for his car to prepare
for what comes his way, and also changing things around on the
car which will hopefully yield some benefits for Macdonald.
"I was extremely happy with the car at Charlton for the first
hit-out, but we also found a few areas we could improve on so
hopefully the changes we made are for the better" Macdonald
				Explained.

				Lismore will also
see Nathan's brother and current QLD champion Shane Macdonald go
head to head with Nathan once again, Nathan already having the
lead in the brother VS brother match up, racing home ahead of
his brother at Charlton, but Shane will be looking to turn the
tables that's for sure at Lismore.  Shane has already taken
a win this season and several podium finishes so Shane has the
runs on the board and will be one of the cars to beat on the
weekend.  Rodney Pammenter from Toowoomba is also making
the trek, and his last start at Lismore ended well with a 2nd
placing in the Modified Production series.  Nathan would
also like to thank Rodney for his help with the car recently.

				The new team race
shirts have arrived so If you are to receive one make sure you
catch up with Shane and Nathan in the pits for a chat and check
out the cars.  From Macdonald Racing May everyone have a
Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year.

				See you at the
				Track!
