win was a fitting present which topped off Macdonald's week

					After a
few cars did not show up, the race format was to be 4 heat
races for the night with a 15 lap feature.

					Heat 1 saw
Nathan Macdonald take control, starting from pole and
leading the entire race.  Shane Hollyman come through from
5th place up into 2nd, with Troy Richards coming in for 3rd.
					Paul
Ledgerwood returned to the track in his Holden Torana.  Paul
had raced in A Grade a few seasons back and is now keen for
some more dirt slinging action.  Known as "Ledgie", Paul
started from pole position in heat 2 along side Peter
Campbell.  Chris Duffel started from position 3, followed by
Nathan Macdonald, Troy Richards, Dick Waugh, Stuart Fricker
and Shane Hollyman.  Chris Duffel drifted high in turn 1 and
clouted the wall in a big fashion, as his car rode the fence
the back rear of the car was thrown higher than the top of
the wall.  The action was thick and fast in heat 2 as Peter
Campbell and Paul Ledgerwood battled for first place,  as
the battle went on Nathan Macdonald made his move around the
outside of both cars and into the lead.  Shane Hollyman
showing good form once again come through the pack into 2nd
					place with Peter Campbell 3rd.
					The two
V8 commodores of Peter Campbell and Nathan Macdonald started
off the front row in heat 3 respectively.  Both cars were
neck and neck into turn 1, as Campbell drove to the lead
Macdonald slipped into 2nd.  Nathan was pushing for that 3rd
heat win, trying the high and low lines.  Macdonald made a
move on the outside in turn 1, as he looked to have the lead
Macdonald got hung out too wide and Campbell drove straight
back into the lead on the inside.  The surprise of the
night, the #25 Cortina of Stewart Fricker then charged up
the inside of Macdonald into 2nd place.  Stu then pressed on
to challenge Campbell for the lead, on the last lap getting
up the inside but wasn't enough to take the win.

					The fourth
heat found Troy Richards on pole with Dick Waugh on the
outside, followed by Paul Ledgerwood and Shane Hollyman.
Shane Hollyman had the start of his career when he jumped
from 4th to 1st on the outside in the first turn.  The #7
racer didn't look back and led the entire race.  Stu
Fricker's night come to an end after suffering engine
dramas.  Ledgie ran a solid third place while Nathan
					Macdonald finished in 2nd place.
					The
feature race saw high point scorer Nathan Macdonald start
from pole for the main event, with Troy Richards having a
consistent run to start on the front row beside Macdonald.
Shane Hollyman started from 3, followed by Paul Ledgerwood,
Peter Campbell, Chris Duffel and Dick Waugh.  As the 15 lap
feature got underway, Macdonald jumped straight into the
lead with the always hard charging Shane Hollyman finding a
way past Richards into 2nd place.  Peter Campbell put in a
stellar effort to come into 3rd.
					Nathan
Macdonald led from start to finish with Shane Hollyman
finishing 2nd and Peter Campbell 3rd.
					The new
calendar will be updated shortly, as we set our race dates
for the season.  Also look out for a new look website for
					Nathan in coming weeks.
					The car will
be re-painted in the next few weeks ready for the next race,
